Rockstar Games have been making the rounds on the internet with the recent reveal of Red Dead Redemption 2's new story trailer, but that doesn't appear to be the only piece of Rockstar related news left for today.

As spotted by GamingBolt, it appears Rockstar are re-releasing a bunch of PlayStation 2 Classics onto PlayStation 4. Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne have each individually been rated by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board), signalling that these four titles could hit the PlayStation Store very soon.

Rockstar have a record of re-releasing ports of their older titles onto PS4, with titles such as Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, Bully, Red Dead Revolver, Max Payne and The Warriors, to name a few, all currently available to purchase on the PlayStation Store. Keep in mind that these are still PS2 ports, up-rendered to 1080p with trophy support, and are not remastered versions being produced by Rockstar. I know, I'm sad there's no Midnight Club remaster too.

Still, this is very exciting news for fans of Midnight Club franchise who own a PS4. I for one have not played Midnight Club 3 in a very long time, and definitely look forward to replaying it with the ability to earn trophies. Are you excited for the news that Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition will be coming to PS4, or are you more excited for the two Grand Theft Auto Stories games and Max Payne 2 instead?
