Gran Turismo Sport Update 1.47 Adds Four New Vehicles, New Track and More

After being teased by Gran Turismo director Kazunori Yamauchi earlier this week, Gran Turismo Sport’s latest update is now available to download weighing it at just over 2.6GBs and adds four brand-new vehicles, a new track and more!

Here’s the full rundown of all the new content added with Update 1.47!

GT Sport Patch 1.45 brings new cars including the Porsche Taycan and Spa-Francorchamps!

New Cars


Four brand-new vehicles have been added to Gran Turismo Sport in Update 1.47, including the Porsche Taycan Turbo S - Porsche’s first electric vehicle, which was announced back in September to be coming in the October 2019 content update.

New Track: Spa-Francorchamps


The iconic Belgium high speed circuit, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, has finally been added to Gran Turismo Sport! Spa-Francorchamps is a high speed technical circuit that has hosted everything from F1 to endurance races over the years, and the 7+km long track utilizes the mountainous environment of its location for its many ups and downs.

NEW GT LEAGUE EVENTS


Seven new GT League rounds have been added to Gran Turismo Sport’s single player offering for players to complete, with two new rounds each in the Beginner, Amatuer and Professional Leagues, and one new round in the Endurance League.

Here are the seven new rounds coming to GT League events:

■ Beginner League
2 new rounds added to the Group 4 Cup

■ Amateur League
2 new rounds added to the Real Circuit Tours

■ Professional League
2 new rounds added to the Nostalgic 1979

■ Endurance League
1 new round added to the X2019 Competition Endurance Series

New Scapes


Finally, a new Scapes section has been added this week focusing all on the brand-new Spa-Francorchamps track! And as per usual, various other smaller features, improvements and bug fixes have been implemented in this update.
