It’s been almost a year since Forza Horizon 4 released, and to celebrate, Playground Games have detailed their next post-launch content update launching later this week to mark the one year anniversary - adding four new vehicles, new achievements and a few new features!

With the release of a new update means the start of a new Festival Series, with Series 14 kicking off and adding four brand new cars over the next four weeks. Two vehicles that stand out with this new Series update inparticular are the 2018 McLaren 600LT Coupé and the 2018 Ford Raptor Prerunner Deberti Design - which are both making their video game debut in Forza Horizon 4.

Here’s the list of the four new vehicles coming to Forza Horizon 4’s Series 14 Update that you can expect to earn over the next month:

  • 2018 McLaren 600LT Coupé

  • 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor Prerunner Deberti Design

  • 2018 Volkswagen Motorsport ID R #9

  • 2019 McLaren 720S Spider

12 New Achievements are also being added with this Update with a total worth of 250 Gamerscore. These new achievements focus on Stories such as the Top Gear Horizon Special and The Car Files both added in previous post-launch updates, as well as the Festival Playlist and Seasonal Completion.

A slew of new gameplay features are also being introduced to Forza Horizon 4 with Update 14, including the ability to sell duplicate cars rewarded from wheelspins - which can be sold for half of their Autoshow value. Checkpoints can now be edited in custom routes without having to redesign the whole race, and Route Blueprints can now be filtered by car theme, car class length and starting point.

Thats all for Forza Horizon 4’s one year anniversary update, which admittingly is pretty underwhelming, however the team at Playground have done a stellar job supporting Horizon 4 over the last year and are potentially winding down support before the move onto new Horizon’s (literally).

Forza Horizon 4’s Series 14 Update will be available later this week and will be free for all players on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
