All good things must come to an end eventually, and after 13 weeks, the final Build of the Week has been revealed - the 1965 Ford Mustang.

This Mustang has been specifically built for Drift class – one of the five car classes in Need for Speed Payback. It features a wide body fenders complete with a bright green/orange graffti wrap, blacked out rims wrapped in thick drift tires, tinted lights, an assortment of carbon accessories (such as a ducktail spoiler and splitter), topped off with a menacing blower sticking out of the hood to show it means business.

Down below you can find images as well as this builds current modifications and both its stock and modified performance statistics. Additionally, if you want your own custom viewing angle of the '65 Ford Mustang, the Build of the Week post over on EA’s website includes a 360° view around the car for you to catch the perfect screenshot.

Turning an old icon into a machine that does something it was never intended to do is special. This weeks crazy drift ’65 Mustang has been wrapped in a vivid, almost graffiti styled design. A few period modifications coupled with a few carbon additions brings this one straight up to date.

With Build of the Week series now wrapped up, what was your favourite build to be featured? I personally was a big fan of the Audi R8 V10 Plus and Jaguar F-Type R, showcasing the customization options on offer for such new cars, as well as the reveal of the Aston Martin Vulcan appearing in Need for Speed Payback. All 12 previous builds can be found below if you may have missed any, or wish to reminisce on the past builds.

We're getting very close to the release of Need for Speed Payback, which launches in exactly two weeks time for purchasers of the Deluxe Edition, with the Standard Edition release being three days later. Additionally, if you are subscriber to either EA or Origin Access, a 10 hour trial of Need for Speed Payback will be made available on 2nd November. Expect plenty of gameplay to come over on BlackPanthaa's channel very soon, and a review from us sometime around release!
