UPDATE: 16 new Abandoned Cars are coming to Need for Speed Payback over the next several weeks and months, including Street League cars, Iconic Need for Speed rides and a Ford Crown Victoria Police Car!

New Location - March 27th to April 3rd

This week, the Mazda RX-7 has returned and the location has changed, now spawning on the side of a 'U' shaped road in the Silver Canyon area up towards Silver Dam on the east side of the map where the Nissan Skyline 2000GTR was originally parked. The build of the RX-7 has also changed, with the original spawn being an race car, this time a drift car. If you already have an RX-7 , you can still nab yourself another one in Drift spec by completing this delivery quest to Rav.

Original Location - December 19th to January 9th

The newest patch for Need for Speed Payback has just gone live for PS4, Xbox One and PC, added with it the all-new Speedcross story expansion, Drift Speedlists and Abandoned Cars - which you can read about here.

The Mazda RX7 is the first Abandoned Car to appear in the world, and can be found in the North-East corner of the map in Silver Canyon. You can find it parked up in parking lot of the Gas Station pictured down below. Steal the car, escape the cops and it's yours to keep, and will be available to purchase in other car classes from dealerships.
